Product launches and industry insights among highlights of Asia’s top fashion jewellery and accessories sourcing event at Hong Kong’s AWE

HONG KONG, 28 February 2024 – SEASONS | Spring Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair opens today at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), ringing in the year’s first trade-only buying event in Asia for next must-have collections that should be on everyone’s radar.
Running through Saturday in Halls 3 & 6 of AWE, SEASONS | Spring connects the industry’s buying power with major manufacturers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines and Taiwan, according to show organiser Informa Markets Jewellery.
“SEASONS | Spring extends valuable sourcing opportunities for our buying community at the beginning of the year. As the region’s leading B2B marketplace for all things fashionable, this fair gives wholesalers and retailers access to product debuts, as well as the latest styles, materials and colour inspirations that will shape the next trends cycle,” said David Bondi, Senior Vice President of Informa Markets in Asia.

The fair has five distinct sections, namely, Fashion Essentials, featuring a diverse range of costume and base metal jewellery selections; Steel Glam, focusing on edgy designs primarily crafted from stainless steel and complemented by materials like leather, crystal, wood and stone for striking contrast; Natural Beauty, highlighting collections derived from natural sources; Fashion Accents, presenting an array of trendy accessories, and That’s A Wrap, offering display and packaging options.

Today (28 February) and tomorrow (29 February), SEASONS | Spring’s Networking Hub in Hall 6 is set to host experts who will share market-relevant insights, inspirations and the latest trends in colour palettes and accessories.
Kicking off the programme at 11am today is Jo Kwok, a stylist from Mixture of Taiwan, who will deliver a presentation on the fundamentals of accessorising. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about colour-matching techniques and fail-proof pieces that can complement any outfit during her “Mix & Match” session. The presentation will be delivered in Mandarin with consecutive interpretation in English.
From 2:30pm to 3pm, Matthieu Rochette-Schneider, General Manager of Centdegrés China, will provide exclusive insights into the “2024 – 2025 F/W Trend of Accessories and Case Study.” Rochette-Schneider and his creative team have collaborated with renowned international clients across various industries, including cosmetics, fashion, beverages and food. The session will be conducted in English.
Boxing Ma, Jewellery Business Manager at Shein Group, will offer an insider’s view on “Exploring Overseas Markets With Hot Items” from 3pm to 3:30pm. The talk will be given in Mandarin.
Tomorrow at 11am, Kwok of Mixture will be returning for another session. Later in the day, from 2:30pm to 3pm, there will be a seminar on “2024 – 2025 Fall/Winter Trend Colour Forecast on Fashion Jewellery and Accessories” to be led by Karen Ho, Senior Business Development Manager at Pantone, the renowned global authority on colour. The session will be conducted in English.
The day’s programme will wrap up with a “Buyer Session” in Mandarin, hosted by Aiden Xiao, Managing Director of Cloud Original. The presentation is scheduled to take place from 3pm to 3:30pm.
