Asia’s premier B2B destination for trendsetting fashion jewellery and accessories returns to AWE next month

HONG KONG, 9 January 2024 – SEASONS | Spring Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair is setting the stage for the trends of tomorrow when it opens its doors next month, show organiser Informa Markets Jewellery announced today.

Scheduled for 28 February to 2 March in Halls 3 & 6 of the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), SEASONS | Spring is debuting the latest style directions and must-have designs that will make their way to retail shelves in 2024 and beyond. The four-day buying event brings together major manufacturers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines and other regions. Visitor registration is now open.

Suppliers will be strategically located in six dedicated sections, ensuring a seamless sourcing experience across specific product categories. Fashion Essentials showcases a diverse selection of costume and base metal jewellery, while Steel Glam highlights collections embracing the enduring appeal of stainless steel. Natural Beauty spotlights collections crafted from natural materials and Fashion Accents presents a wide variety of fashion-forward accessories. The Artisans section introduces the unique creations of independent designers, while That’s A Wrap offers an extensive range of display and packaging options. 

Here is a quick rundown of some of the trends that are set to make waves at SEASONS | Spring next month. 

Glorious Colours

From rainbow rows to monochromatic hues, pops of colour are essential in any style. While neutral colour palettes are undeniably dependable, nothing conveys fun, energy and vitality quite like stacked bracelets in a symphony of oranges, yellows, reds, greens and blues or necklaces and chokers accented with stones, glass beads and enamel in jewel tones. Contrasting beautifully with these lively shades are gold-plated metals for a more luxurious look.

Bling Rings

Few things blend fashion and glamour as seamlessly as classic rings adorned with diamond simulants or crystals. Whether it’s a minimalist design with a plain or full pavé band or a head-turning sparkly bold piece, these rings never fail to make a chic statement.

Natural Motifs

SEASONS | Spring exhibitors are celebrating the beauty of nature within their collections, paying homage to its captivating elements and incorporating them into their designs. Some of the standout pieces include mini-hoop earrings with chain details and enamel butterflies, scarves adorned with sunflower prints and pendants showcasing “Tree of Life” silhouettes embellished with crystals.

Glam Rocks

When the worlds of natural stones and fashion accents come together, an extraordinary harmony emerges. Major manufacturers are introducing handmade jewellery collections featuring cut or rough stones such as malachite, quartz, turquoise and agate, just to mention a few. The surge in popularity of handmade natural stone jewellery is well-deserved, owing to its inherent distinctiveness and charming imperfections that render each piece one of a kind.

Beaded Chic

Beaded jewellery captures a subtle and understated style, radiating exuberance and creativity. The beads are strung on leather cord, fabric or metal to create necklaces, bracelets, bangles and earrings. Beaded jewellery can be worn as standalone pieces or combined with other accessories to create layered and stylish looks.

New Elements

In addition to exploring the latest product lines at SEASONS | Spring, buyers should not overlook the Networking Hub. This central venue will host expert-led sessions, providing valuable insights into future design directions.

To support emerging design talents, the fair will introduce the Tomorrow Aisle, a dedicated space that shines a spotlight on up-and-coming designers. Likewise, the SEASONS Society zone will highlight the importance of sustainability in the industry, emphasising eco-friendly practices.
