Meet the trend experts and uncover the next big thing at SEASONS | Spring 2024!

Asia’s must-visit B2B fashion jewellery and accessories marketplace to unveil style directions and colour stories for 2024 and beyond

HONG KONG, 29 January 2024 – Prepare to expand your knowledge and find inspiration at Asia’s leading fashion jewellery and accessories fair, set to open in Hong Kong next month.

From 28 February to 2 March, SEASONS | Spring Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair will take place in Halls 3 & 6 of the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), providing a platform for experts and industry professionals to come together and define the trends that will dominate buying conversations in the months ahead, show organiser Informa Markets Jewellery announced today. 

A lineup of industry experts will take the stage. Matthieu Rochette-Schneider, General Manager of Centdegrés China, will provide valuable insights into the “2024 – 2025 F/W Trend of Accessories and Case Study.” Additionally, Karen Ho, Senior Business Development Manager of Pantone, will deliver a talk on the “2024 – 2025 Fall/Winter Trend Color Forecast on Fashion Jewellery and Accessories.” Additional speakers at SEASONS | Spring’s Networking Hub will be announced in due course.

Visitor online pre-registration for SEASONS | Spring is currently open and will remain available until 21 February. 

Product Zones

Bringing together major manufacturers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines and other regions, the four-day B2B sourcing event promises an abundance of exciting discoveries. To ensure a seamless sourcing experience, the fair is thoughtfully divided into six dedicated sections, each catering to specific product categories.

Fashion Essentials will showcase a diverse selection of costume and base metal jewellery while Steel Glam will focus on edgy designs primarily made from stainless steel and complemented by a mix of materials like leather, crystal, wood and stone for striking contrast. Natural Beauty will highlight collections derived from natural sources, and Fashion Accents will present an array of on-trend accessories. The Artisans section will introduce the unique creations of independent designers while That’s A Wrap will provide an extensive range of display and packaging options.

Big & Opulent

Statement necklaces continue to make a powerful impact season after season. Leading the way in necklace fashion are flamboyant designs that embrace oversized floral motifs, vibrant coloured discs and playful knots. These creative pieces incorporate a variety of materials, including fibres and wood, adding an organic and a unique touch. The colour combinations found in these necklaces range from lively jewel tones to subdued neutrals and monochromatic shades, ensuring a wide range of options to suit different styles and preferences.

Lustrous Shells

Mother-of-pearl and abalone shells, cherished for their pearly lustre and luxurious sheen, are designers’ favourites for a reason. The shells’ shimmering iridescence naturally positions them as centrepiece materials in both jewellery and timepieces. At SEASONS | Spring, exhibitors are reimagining these components, frequently employing techniques such as flattening or thinning the shell to produce oversized circular pendants and decorative inlays.

Gold Accents

Trendy cuff bangles, dangling earrings and other accessories with a touch of gold epitomise a level of sophistication that few styles can match. Whether adorned with crystals or kept elegantly simple, this enduring style shows no signs of fading away.

Heart’s Delight

A heart necklace makes a statement on its own, appealing to individuals of all ages with its universal charm. Standout designs include stainless steel lockets enhanced with crystals and heart cut-out pendants in two-tone colour combinations.

Steel Couture

Favoured for its durability and versatility, stainless steel reigns supreme as the material of choice for fashion jewellery designers. This medium offers a wide range of design possibilities, encompassing everything from rounded silhouettes like the water drop-shaped earrings and nautical-inspired collection shown here to sleek industrial-inspired creations using complementary materials like carbon.

Colour Harmony

Bead jewellery is a timeless trend that remains popular across all seasons. SEASONS | Spring exhibitors are excited to present one of their favourite materials, breathing new life into them with fresh and updated designs. From close-fitting chokers and tiered bead necklaces to longer strands that elegantly enhance the neckline, the options are virtually limitless when it comes to creating playful colours and patterns.

Ahead of the Curve

In addition to the highlighted product introductions, the fair will also showcase a range of new offerings.

The Korea Pavilion will be a must-visit, showcasing innovative products from one of the industry’s leading trend hubs. Vogue will present trending colours and patterns for the Fall/Winter 2024-2025 season with Pantone, the global authority on colour. To support emerging design talents, the fair will debut the Tomorrow Aisle, a dedicated space shining a spotlight on up-and-coming designers from the Pro Act Centre and Youth College. Additionally, the SEASONS Society zone will underscore the industry’s commitment to sustainability. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with initiatives and exhibitors who prioritise environmentally conscious approaches, fostering a greater awareness of sustainable practices within the industry.
